How to Measure

Measuring with a Tailor's Tape

Use a tailor's tape (flexible ruler) with clear markings to wrap directly around the narrowest part of your wrist once, and you will get your own net wrist circumference.

Measuring with String or Rope

Use a string or any available rope-like tool, wrap it around the narrowest part of your wrist once (you can also use the middle, but remember to mark the starting point), and mark where the end and the beginning overlap. This will give you the net wrist circumference. Then straighten the string and measure it with a ruler.
